That would push me towards ending being part of the league. 50 contracts including prospects would be way to low.

the NHL has a limit of 50 contracts and 80 "rights" in total, so if that translates to the VHL it would be like 20-23 Major, 10-15 farm, and 80- (major+minor) number of prospects
