Remember that colour gig I got last year during the Winter Olympics? ASN who carries the NHL in Asia, recently sold their Taiwanese Broadcasting Rights to (http://mod.cht.com.tw/channel/epginfo.php?chid=174) these people, and I'm signing on to do colour for a few weekend games until the end of the playoffs.
My god their studio is fucking ghetto, it's in the factory district, we don't show up on air, we just ahve a microphone and watch the game on a tiny screen.
I start next week (I wanted to do the Leafs/Canucks game this weekend but our annual geriatric psych conference is this weekend and if I don't show i can't get CME [continued medical education] credits), I was all ready to introduce to the good people of Taiwan Dion Phaneuf, Joffrey Lupul, that sloppy seconds blonde lady, and their awesome lawsuit.
