2016 VHL LOTTERY

The standings for the lottery are as follows:(not reflective of who owns the pick)
NASHVILLE 20%
LOS ANGELES 13.5%
ANAHEIM 11.5%
DALLAS 9.5%
NYR 8.5%
MONTREAL 7.5%
CALGARY 6.5%
ARIZONA 6%
PITTSBURGH 5%
TORONTO 3.5%
PHILADELPHIA 3%
WASHINGTON 2.5%
TAMPA BAY 2%
NEW JERSEY 1%
I will be forced to use the nhl simulator because of how the odds change and such after each draw for the top 3 and the one i used last year isnt capable.
That being said each team will be assigned the nhl logo of what place they come in, thus Nashville will be represented by the Toronto maple leaf logo, LA by the Edmonton logo, anaheim by the Canucks logo and so on.
This will make the draw a bit confusing but hopefully i can stay focused and it will work out fine.
It will be done once again via video and I'll be looking to call those in the top three picks as well.
The draw will take place on either Saturday my 28th or Sunday may 29th but i will confirm which day closer to the time.
