We as a staff have been monitoring each list. Not all have been correct due to mistakes and such and giving teams various ways to correct exposed/protected players. We outlined this plan so early that bot being able to meet expectations is unacceptable. Each occurrence will be looked at individually on a case by case basis.
One particular case is extremely egregious. As many may have seen, Pittsburgh posted their list in the thread but has many mistakes or invalid listed players rather, including ufas listed as protected. There is no way with his current assets to correct the situation thus the following penalty will occur:

1. Pittsburgh will be penalized a first round pick this year and it will be given to Vegas. The pick will be the lowest ranked first round pick they own. Given they own all 4 of the remaining teams picks it will be whoever wins the cup first round pick. Obviously this means Vegas gets 31st overall from Pittsburgh.

2. Vegas will still make a selection from the valid players listed on Pittsburgh's exposed list.
