I think Philadelphia Flyers needs to update/change the rule. What if someone drafted him in the 2022 VHL draft this year and he was already on Minny's prospect list.
Prospect List Eligibility
9.3 Any prospect can come from any league worldwide provided the prospect is beyond their NHL draft eligibility and not protected by another team. No player may be claimed as a prospect until the player has been either: (1) drafted by a NHL team; (2) signed by a NHL team; (3) or has reached the age of twenty-one (21) which is the moment they are no longer draft eligible
I don't think he should be on Minny's list since he was drafted in the 2022 NHL draft.
