I am starting the grueling process of updating the rulebook with all the UFA and RFA changes, as well as some other fixes to clear up the wording on some things. Taking longer than I thought. So the rulebook will look a bit under construction and incomplete for the next couple days. I'll make a post when it's officially updated for the 2022-2023 season.

And once I get it up to date, I plan to fuck off for the month of September. See ya in October, folks!

It will be announced after the playoffs conclude, definitely will happen between when new ratings are applied and before free agency.
