Shanahan played better than Vanek for the Conn and deserves the nomination a lot more than he did. I voted Crosby, he was their best player throughout the playoffs, which is what the awards was meant for, not one series wonders.

i put in Vanek because of his game winners, i didn't feel that Shanahan or Sundin were valid choices.

Shanahan actually had quite a few key goals and played well throughout the playoffs, Sundin was consistent enough, however, none of them would have actually won the award, just like Vanek won't so at the end of the day, it really doesn't matter.
