Free Agency starts August 3rd

LIST OF FREE AGENTS

Staff have agreed to start free agency on August 3rd at 12pm eastern time.

Offers are sent to the regular UFA email: [e-mail]

Offer sheets are sent to the rfa email : [e-mail] compensation is described in the rulebook

Protocol is the same as usual. Staff will be able to send offers before free agency so as we cannot make our offers better/change them when free agency starts.

After more than a few days, if no offer is made on a certain players staff are aloud to make an offer on said player.

Contracts cannot be longer than 4 years.

Make sure you dont send in one liners etc when you send in an offer. put a little effort here as you are trying to convince these players to come to your team. Simply offering the highest salary WILL NOT guarantee you getting the player. We consider factors such as playing for a home team, having former teammates and countrymen etc.

We do not negotiate during free agency. You only get one crack

We dont have a set amount of players we put in each block, so put your best offer forward. Any player can sign a contract at any time.

You can always like other years put in clauses where if this player signs then we negate our offer on another player we had an offer on.

Will players come back to us with counter offers, or do we only get 1 crack at this?

as it states up there. you get one crack. we dont negotiate during free agency as it would be a shit storm of giant proportions

Should we expect more free agent signings to be made before free agency or can we start making plans around what is available now?

there are some stragglers as we are negotiating with teams with some last minute free agents as per usual.

You will not get a counter offer, but you are always welcome to submit revised offers on your own. If you see that a player has not been signed after a few days, it may be because no one offer stands out, it may be a good idea to send in an improved offer.

So you get more then one crack at it, per se, but you wont get any feedback on your offers during the free agency window.
