Whats so curious about it? He has no NHL affiliation therefore he cannot be picked until he does. It is pretty black and white if you ask me. If he wanted him that badly he could have used a draft pick to grab him. The curious thing about it is why Nando has such a curious last name. I am not arguing that the pick is invalid - because it is. Perhaps I should have been more clear. In the staff board we are clarifying what the rule should be moving forward, we might be making a change to it, but as of now, it would be unfair to allow it. The claim as it stands is invalid, and that won't change. But we might be making a little adjustment to the rule. We'll keep you all posted. |
