I voted yes, but I would have voted for a Maybe option if the rules were defined a bit better and the parameters being used.
I think it's a good idea if it can be pertained as Wolf pointed out - team performance. For example, team tanking at the deadline trades a 1 year rental player to a contending team for a 2nd rounder. If the contending team wins the cup the pick then becomes a 1st rounder, etc.
Another thing that this would open up is conditional picks that can be agreed on for draft picks in the year 2022 that wouldn't open up until this off-season for example could be used as an asset at the trade deadline. However the other (easier) option would be just allowing those picks to open up at the deadline versus in the off-season, that is of course if people wanted that.
I wouldn't be opposed to real life player performance however either, but anything regarding sim player performance definitely is a No.
