I have messaged Eric. Sorry guys I was away from the league for a few days.
I'm fully in favour of a January 2bd start. Saves so having to start and stop for Christmas break. lol confirm with Eric and advise you all. I should have been on this sooner. my sincere apologies

Alright folks,
So I got my surgery date set today.... which was scheduled for December 16th.
Yes, literally the day I planned to start the regular season here! Crazy how that happened, but it's when they could fit me in so...
After a conversation with Scott, we've decided to postpone the start of the regular season another 2 weeks to January 2nd, 2021.
I mean, depending on my recovery, I could start the season earlier, but then we're right in the middle of Christmas festivities where most GMs aren't even going to be around anyway. So we decided to just postpone it to January 2nd, allow myself to be finished school and my recovery and then once the new year starts we can start on a fresh slate. With a January 2nd start, that'll bring us to approximately June 15th, 2021 for when our regular season will end. So at the end of the day, this will give us 2 less weeks of waiting around with nothing to do in the summer, so maybe this delay won't be so bad...
I hope that is cool with everyone, and once again, thank you all for your support and understanding! We'll see ya in the new year.

No worries! Take your time and sort out your personal stuff first. The league won´t go anywhere!

No worries man! Do it when you're ready. A nice fresh start in 2021 is perfectly fine with me. Good luck and feel better.

Hey guys,
I gave the league files an update. There was some trades, lines submissions and other roster maintenance tasks to put through, so I updated everything and there is an updated league file for teams who wish to still get their roster and lines up to date.
That said, we will begin our season on course for January 2nd.
I hope every one here is having a happy and safe holiday this season. Merry Christmas to you all! And see you in the new year.
