Retirement Looming in Buffalo???

Facing another first round match-up against the Loathed Toronto Maple Leafs, and now a decade removed from his last Championship, a lot could be riding on this year's battle.

" I'm just not sure how many times I can keep putting myself through this" said Davidson. "So many years of regular season domination, only to be let down when it matters most, year after year against what I only consider to be very mediocre competition in comparison to my Sabres"

The series this year sees a split in the first two games, but there is a lot riding on this year. So much leadership and no holes. It's time for these guys to step up and get it done. Let's get by this first round and see what happens.

It's clear though that another first round failure won't be accepted in Buffalo!

It’s good to see that you have such high expectations for the Sabres year in and year out.
I personally love the Buffalo/Toronto rivalry and this series is the one I was looking forward to the most!
