Los Angeles has been terminated from the VHL.

I have done the protected list for the LA Kings and have edited it into the official draft protections board. One small disclaimer, I was forced to protect Tim Heed over Alex Goligoski because LA did not have enough eligible defensemen to expose, therefore Goligoski became the casualty.

No fines will be enforced in this case as it would not be fair to penalize a prospective new GM just taking over the Kings. Seattle has been notified and is satisfied with the ruling.

All lists are now finalized. See you at the expansion draft!
