Bob Clarke has come and taken over some Gm's in the VHL. Montreal has already lost David Aebischer to the Chicago Blackhawks but what will come of Chris Higgins, Peter Bondra, Mark Streit and Mike Duhnam. Only time will tell

How about exactly like the NHL, but altered?

Like players younger than 29 years of age that are UFA can be given an offer sheet, but there would have to be compensations?
