... Hmm? Another sleepy trade deadline day in VHL? Shame.
Moving over to the motor city @garyg , not much in terms of any motors been roaring over there lately. Gary, after holding the VHL at gun point requesting to rejoin the league, has been missing in action AGAIN. Not seen since.
If you have seen Gary, please dial this number 1-800-LUN-DEKK , there is a trade deadline looming and he’s missing it!
The ‘woot’ boy in Edmonton, a man of little words. Louis has committed to a change of direction this year. That direction is just absolutely sucking dog shit! HAH! Real talk though, it is very rare for the Edmonton Oilers to still own their 1st round pick, so it’s evident Edmonton is clearly en route to a rebuild and are definitely sellers this deadline. Only Phil Kessel would help a playoff team, but Louis would be hard pressed to trade Kessel whom still has 4 years left on his contract at $6,000,000… can some say WOOF? Cause I can’t I’m a god dam beaver HYuck!
Let’s see if Louis has tricks up his sleeve this deadline, I’m hedging my bets the Oilers will stand pat and keep sucking!
Sources close to me say that noted bath salt addict GM Willsy of the Florida Panthers is DEFINITELY up to something. Willsy runs his team like Stalin ran the Soviet government. Will the Panthers starving fanbase be fed a championship this year or will the famine continue?
There’s no doubt Willsy always has one hand itching to pull the trigger on a deal and the other hand itching his balls. Sources say he was very close to dealing prized goaltending prospect Jesper Wallstedt for immediate help at forward, but he came to his senses once he came down from his latest bath salts trip. Still though, I do expect Willsy to make at least one splashy move to try and stay competitive in the loaded Atlantic division!

Ah… Los Angeles Kings … the land of opportu—a GM over valuing his players. HA! This GM is stuck in 2017 thinking Wheeler, Toews, Tatar will fetch a haul. But these are the players notably available out of the Kings this season, I just don’t think Chris ‘Fiasco’ Floresco will get the demand he’s looking for. But we’ll see if Fiasco can pull some wizardry off, but my trade compass says no! We actually caught LIVE footage of Fiasco meeting with a 5th consecutive GM, and this was moments right after Chris got laughed at for demanding a 1st round pick for Johnathan Toews!
