2023-2024 Pre-Season

[Philadelphia Flyers]

The VHL Pre-Season for the 2023-2024 season is slated to begin on September 17th, it will run approximately 17 days and each team will have about 11-12 games. This will make the pre-season end on October 3rd and then our regular season begins October 10th in which we will be following the NHL schedule again.

All pre-season links should be up on the forum, although I haven't got around to updating the website but I think only about 4 of you even access the main website anyway!

This is our opportunity to get our rosters up to snuff, send in valid lines, etc. I will soon be doing an audit on all teams to make sure they have the proper roster requirements meant before the regular season begins.

I will be doing an audit tomorrow to make sure all you jabroni's rosters' are valid. Obviously the purpose of the pre-season is to iron out all the kinks and get everyone up to speed, so during pre-season roster requirements and lines will not be enforced. However, now is the time to begin your preparations and make sure you have enough players on your pro and to have the required 4 goalies under contract on your team.

I'll post the next sim update tomorrow, so if there's any changes you'd like to make before we begin the pre-season on September 17th, today would be a good day to clean up your roster!
