Just saying an inactivity buyout should be applied to Radulov as well for them.... www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=77322Hasn't played a NHL game since the 21/22 NHL season. If we are on 1 year ratings, how is he rated 66 overall? Even if it was a 2 year rating package that is still to high of a rating for a guy who had 22 points in 71 games.
