28 of 32 teams have successfully submitted and have confirmed their RFA re-signings as of July 15th.
Meaning there are currently 4 teams remaining who have either not submitted or confirmed their signings, or both. These players will still show with a red '0' on the roster pages and are now eligible for an offer sheet.

Hopefully Scott has been able to find the sun instead of negotiate RFA deals 🧐 |
