I don’t know, I thought Gustafsson having an atrocious DF rating and Andersson being a borderline NHLer seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Neither of them are that good.

Rasmus Andersson has 19 points as a 22 y/o rookie defenseman last year.

That’s fantastic. He wasn’t in his own team’s top 4 and most WAR models have him barely above replacement level. He’s a fine young D, probably capable of top 4, definitely an NHLer. Is he really the best case study we can come up with to complain about a rating package?
